The Design Team and I are looking forward to being with you next week at the Liturgy Conference. We are privileged to have this opportunity to come together as Christian educators, musicians and clergy and to learn with and from each other. Dent Davidson is excited about being with us.
You will receive an information packet and a complete schedule when you register, but in order to help you make the most of this experience, I have included some suggestions that will make your participation more fruitful.
1. Registration begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon with dinner following at 5:30 pm.
2. The Hymn Sing at All Saints' Church, next to Roslyn on River Road, will begin at 7:00 pm followed by a dessert reception in the parish hall. This is our conference kickoff, so don't miss it!
3. Breakfast on Thursday morning is from 7:30-8:15 with the first session beginning at 8:30 am.
4. For commuters, please note these times and know that we will begin promptly, so make allowances for traffic and time to park and walk at Roslyn. We have 110 participants so that will mean a full parking lot!
5. Please bring a bible, prayer book and a laptop if you have one. It will be helpful for groups to have access to the internet during part of our time together. (If you do not have a laptop, don't worry, someone else in your group will have one).
